The following is a list of the applications I have mentioned in my blog. You may notice the list includes many applications I haven’t mentioned on THIS blog page, that is because I had a previous blog, and I switched to wordpress for ease of updating from anywhere, and from any computer I can get my hands on.
If you are installing applications on a Mac for the first time, read this article on DMG files, as most downloaded applications are installed using DMG files. If they are PKG files, they work like any other installation program you’ve probably dealt with before (step by step setup). DMG files are disk images, and you should not run programs from them, or every time you restart your Mac your applications will disappear.
